5. What if I want a party at Laser Quest for a seventh birthday?

We understand that in this case there may be some six year olds invited to the party, but as long as they are nearly seven and will be able to wear the equipment, then they should be OK to play.

6. What if I turn up with more people on the day?

When you book we only reserve the number of spaces you pay for so we cannot guarantee to fit in additional players. We would advise for you to contact us straight away if you wish to increase your numbers so we can check availability as games may already be fully booked.

7. How does the Ultimate Party Package work?

The Ultimate Party lasts for one and a half hours from the start time, we ask you to arrive 15 minutes earlier, just so we can get everybody booked in and ready to start on time. No unfortunately we only offer pizza.  However you can bring additional food on the day.

9. If I book a party package do I get exclusive use of the Laser Quest?

The Laser Quest arena holds up to 32 people at a time, what ever number you book for the rest of the spaces will get sold to the general public. The only way of getting exclusive use of the arena is by paying for all 32 spaces.

10. What happens when we get there? How does it work?

When you arrive you need to register at reception: every player must choose a Laser Quest game name which can be anything up to ten letters. When the game is ready to commence everybody in the game will be issued a game tag which will be programmed with your name. You will then enter through the blast doors, where you will watch a briefing video, which will explain how the game works and most importantly the safety rules. You will then enter the vesting room where you will get kitted up with the latest equipment. There will be staff members there to help you and they will also give you a final briefing before the game commences!

11. Is there a viewing area?

There is no viewing area for Laser Quest but we do have trained marshalls supervising the whole game, there is no upper age limit to Laser Quest so adults can join in, for people who are not playing you are welcome to wait in the reception area, sessions of Laser Quest last for 20-25 minutes.

12. When is the best time to come on the weekend?

We are extremely busy on a weekend, we recommend you come as early as possible. Our first game begins at 10am on Saturday and Sunday, the later on in the day you come the busier we get, so do expect a wait if you haven’t already booked.

13. Can i leave my children and come back for them?

As long as the players are seven years or above they can play, it is up to the adults if they play as well to supervise the children. We do have marshalls supervising the running of the game but are not in charge of looking after anybody in the game.

14. Will the equipment fit me?

If you are unsure if the equipment will be too big or small you are welcome to come to the venue and try it on before making a booking with us. The equipment is all one size so is made to fit everyone.

15. Do carers get to play for free?

Everyone playing Laser Quest is charged the same standard game price, we do not offer any discounts for any groups.  Carers are able to go in and supervise their group during the game free of charge.

16. Is it easy to park?

Parking can get extremely busy during weekends, school and bank holidays.  Our closest Car Park is the Orient however this is currently closed, which is causing congestion around the center so we would advise to try a different car park, as there may be more spaces available.

17. How can we climb the wall if you can only book for 5 or more people?

If you have less than 6 people in your group, we would advise to just book your Laser Quest games and when you arrive on the day we will try and squeeze you on in between our groups that are climbing, either before or after your game of Laser Quest.
